doing circle patterns overhead. Not sure what they were, but they were moving pretty fast. 2 of them, running in a big circle. Subsonic, but not by a whole bunch if I were guessing. Did the world explode?

Ok I live in Seattle Washington and I saw a subsonic pass today outside of my school. I also went to the museum of flight last weekend and saw two what looked like f-22's probably not f-22s but not sure what they were exactly. Coincidence, I think NOT!

Sounds like tankers waiting for the fighters from the 1st to hook up.

Speaking of tankers, I was hopping to San Antonio one weekend and all the little jets cancelled; the only thing left was a KC-135R. So I went for it. Unfortunately, what is routinely a 3 hour trip became 8 hours as we circled over Kansas waiting on F-15s doing low level training to come up for gas.
